A 4-year-old boy lies sedated at Santa Rosa Hospital in Oecussi, Timor Leste, Oct. 17 after having surgery to remove an infection in his neck. Navy Lt. Billy Turley, a general dentist with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, removed seven decayed teeth and surgically drained the infection.
