Staff Sgt. Nathan M. Legassey, a Worchester, Mass., native and scout observer serving with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit's command element, clears a landing zone for a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter that delivered simulated casualties to a medical team of Navy corpsmen and medical officers at Red Beach here June 18. The Marines are practicing casualty evacuations in preparation for a deployment later this year.
