Cpl. Manuel E. Pardo and Sgt. Ricardo Espinosa practice reloading their rifles here June 16, during the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit's first full-scale exercise since coming together in May. The Marines are both vehicle commanders with combined anti-armor team 2, Weapons Company, Battalion Landing Team 3/1. Pardo, 22, is from Santa Clarita, Calif. Espinosa, 25, is from Chicago.
