Members of the French Foreign Legion drive a stake into the ground to demonstrate their vehicle self-recovery procedures here Jan. 30 for Marines from Company E, Battalion Landing Team 2/4, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit. The Marines and Sailors of Company E have been conducting live-fire exercises, patrols, and bilateral training with members of the French military since Jan 25.
