Petty Officer 2nd Class Rachel Arndt, from Wauwatosa, Wis., assists Navy Lt. Billy Turley, from Auburn, Ky., during surgery on an Oecussi man at the Santa Rosa Hospital here Oct. 18. Arndt and Turley are part of a medical team from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit that has been providing medical and dental care for Timor Leste citizens at numerous locations there.
