Petty Officer 2nd Class Rachel Arndt, from Wauwatosa, Wis., assists Navy Lt. Billy Turley, from Auburn, Ky., during surgery on a 4-year-old boy at the Santa Rosa Hospital here Oct. 17. Arndt and Turley are part of a medical team from the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit that has provided medical and dental care at numerous locations in Timor Leste since Oct. 14.
