Marine Corps High Mobility Artillery Rocket System attached to Bravo Battery, Battalion Landing Team, 1/1, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), drives out of an Air Force C-130J Super Hercules attached to the 61st Expeditionary Airlift Squadron during a fires interoperability exercise at Camp Buehring, Kuwait, Nov. 7. The 11th MEU is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
