AT SEA (August 18, 2016)-The USS Yukon (T-AO-202) sends supplies and fuel to the USS Comstock (LSD-45) and the USS Makin Island (LHD-8) during a resupply at sea halfway through the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group/11th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Composite Training Unit Exercise, August 18, 2016. COMPUTEX is a scenario-based exercise designed to further integrate the 11th MEU with the ships and Sailors of the Makin Island Amphibious Ready Group before their upcoming deployment to the Pacific and Central Commands’ areas of operations later this year.
