Cpl. Matthew A. Streitenberger, a reconnaissance team leader with Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Assessment and Consequence Management (ACM) team, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), observes members of the National Counter Terrorism Special Forces (NCTSF) of Cambodia during an individual protective equipment confidence exercise chamber as part of a weeklong course teaching the Cambodian service members ACM team in order to further improve their capability to deal with CBRN and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Feb. 10. Now in the last month of a seven-month WESTPAC deployment, the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit has provided a flexible, sea-based crisis response force to the commanders of U.S. Central Command, 5th Fleet, and 7th Fleet.
