Sgt. Augustin Romero, a Chemical Biological Radiological Nuclear (CBRN) Assessment and Consequence Management (ACM) team Admin and Logistics Non Commissioned Officer in charge with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, helps a member of National Counter Terrorism Special Forces (NCTSF) of Cambodia fit his field protective mask properly as part of a weeklong course teaching the Cambodian service members ACM to further improve their capability to deal with CBRN and Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Feb. 09. Now in the last month of a seven-month WESTPAC deployment, the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit has provided a flexible, sea-based crisis response force to the commanders of U.S. Central Command, 5th Fleet, and 7th Fleet.
