Sgt. Michael Rice, a cyber-network administrator with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), and Bridgewater, New Jersey native, conducts a failure drill as part of a command element familiarization course of fire off the hangar bay of the amphibious assault ship USS Makin Island (LHD 8), Jan. 10.
