Lance Cpl. Sebastian Ochoa, a parachute rigger with the air delivery platoon of Combat Logistics Battalion 11 (CLB-11), 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, and a Lake Elsinore, Calif. native prepares a 157-pound load for an aerial delivery training event at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., March 21. Marines and sailors from the majority of the ground combat element, aviation combat element, logistics combat element and command element of the MEU participated in integrated training events as part of Realistic Urban Training Marine Expeditionary Unit Exercise (RUTMEUEX) 14-1. RUTMEUEX allows its participants the opportunity to employ techniques and tactics applicable to their future deployment together.
