The Marines and Sailors of the 11TH Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) apply M291 decontamination powder to their hands during a chemical, biological, radioactive and nuclear (CBRN) training event aboard Camp Pendleton, CA, April 19, 2013. M291 decontamination powder removes chemical agents from the users skin, protecting them from further injury.
