MARINE CORPS BASE CAMP PENDLETON - Col. Matthew G. Trollinger, the incoming commanding officer of the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit, receives the MEU battle colors from Maj. Michael N Estes, the outgoing commanding officer of the 11th MEU, as part of a change of command ceremony here, March 28. The passing of the colors symbolizes the passing of accountability, responsibility and well being of a unit from one commanding officer to another.
