Cpl. The Marines are refining their tactics, techniques, and procedures, which include clearing enemy-occupied buildings; establishing control points for friendly and enemy casualties; retrieving high-value targets and weapons caches; and evacuating the area in a short, controlled time-limit. Cpl. Kianiazar is a machine gunner with Battalion Landing Team 1st Bn., 4th Marines, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit.
