Lt. Col. Andrew Chudy (right), 419th Operations Group Deputy Commander, discusses the differences between the F-16 and a commercial airliner with Mr. Brian Cink, Delta Airlines Western Region Pilot Flight Operations Manager. Mr. Cink was named the 419th Fighter Wing's Employer of the Year for 2010 and received an F-16 orientation flight here May 14. At Delta Airlines, Mr. Cink supervises more than 372 Reserve and Guard personnel, including six 419th pilots. Each year, the 419th offers an F-16 orientation flight to its Employer of the Year to showcase the wing's flying mission and increase the employer's understanding of routine operations and Reserve service.
